Early-Phase Stakeholder Engagement on the Abstract of the Scope Definition: European Framework for Capacity Management
RNE has been working closely with the Infrastructure Managers (IMs) to define the scope of the European Framework for Capacity Management (EFCM), required by the upcoming Capacity Regulation. This work anticipates RNE’s future role of Network Coordinator, which supports the European Network of Infrastructure Managers (ENIM) at a practical level.
To consolidate this scope definition of the EFCM, RNE and its Members are engaging with operational stakeholders, actively inviting applicants and all involved operational non-IM stakeholders to contribute their feedback.
The abstract contains all descriptions of the scoping document, except for a few temporary placeholders and IM-internal remarks.

Please note that the feedback gathering is part of an early on stakeholder engagement of RNE in its role as future Network Coordinator and it does not replace the formal stakeholder consultation on the EFCM required under the upcoming Capacity Regulation.
