The RNE Data Quality Roadshow continues with its most recent meeting taking place in Ljubljana, where RNE’s Train Performance Management representatives Peter Šišolák and Pedro Macedo were warmly welcomed by Slovenske Železnice Infrastruktura and Alpine-Western Balkan RFC’s high-level representatives and experts.
The meeting covered an introduction to data exchange between RNE and SŽ-I as well as a presentation of the RNE data quality strategy and its main outputs, including data quality guidelines, TIS declaration and data quality reports. SŽ-I’s high data quality status was discussed, and RNE congratulated the company on its commitment and excellent results, which can be seen as exemplary among RNE Members. Moreover, RNE is glad of SŽ-I’s willingness to assess the possibility of extending data provision with the train composition message.
Beyond the main high-level meeting, an additional session was held to discuss Train Information System (TIS) functionalities as well as other ongoing RNE Traffic Management and Train Performance Management projects.
RNE would like to thank SŽ-I, particularly Franc Klobučar and Uroš Zupan, for organising and hosting this fruitful meeting. RNE looks forward to continuing this mutual collaboration to enhance data provision while maintaining excellent data quality results.
The Data Quality Roadshow is supported by the RNE General Assembly and meetings are organised for interested RNE Members.
