As part of the preparations for the upcoming Capacity Regulation, the development of the European Framework for Capacity Management (EFCM) is underway.

Operational stakeholders (other than IMs) are invited to provide early feedback on the scope definition of this future Framework by 17 April 2026 via e-mail to abcr@rne.eu.  

This input will help ensure that the Framework reflects operational needs from the start.
