The RailNetEurope Summit on Capacity Regulation will be held as a hybrid meeting. You can either participate physically in Vienna (limited number of participants) or virtually via Microsoft Teams (you will receive a link once registered).

Which language will the Summit be held in?
All presentations will be held in english, no interpretation will be provided.
How can I join the Summit online?
If you are registered, you will receive a Microsoft Teams Link two weeks prior to the event.
When will I know if I got a seat at the local venue?
You will receive the final confirmation by the end of November.
What if I don’t get selected for a seat, can I still participate?
Alternatively you will be able to participate online.
I’m already booked on that day, can I rewatch the event?
Yes, the event will be recorded and can be rewatched afterwards on our website.
